“We stayed in Curacao for 8 days with 11 people (3 generations). Robin prepared a delicious and healthy breakfast for us every morning, taking our wishes into account. One evening he served a gourmet 3-course that exceeded our expectations and was easily the best meal we had during our stay, both creative and very tasty! We had liked him to do more, but since he was booked all evenings, we had to settle for a buffet dinner on one more evening. The meatloaf, plantain soup, and carrot cake were the champions of that meal.”

Robin worked with us to come up with a menu for both meals that would work for everyone's taste but also incorporating some local dishes. Robin's plating and presentation are top notch! All the benefits of going to a fancy restaurant without ever having to leave our villa! A few of the standout dishes were his plantain soup, ceviche and his take on carrot cake.
